Beer Bread Recipe (Serves 6):
Ingredients
12 ounces of beer
¼ cup of sugar
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of baking powder
¼ cup of butter (Optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. First, butter a loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3). Next, combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Last, add beer and stir.
