Our delivering courier is the Austrian POST AG or TNT. Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. Estimated time is calculated from the moment the shipping confirmation was sent.
Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain remote areas such as Highlands or islands or if your order required additional security validation.

We are sure that your account data is safer in an online shopping environment like ours than regular stores. We will exchange any item that does not bring you full satisfaction, within 14 days after delivery without giving reasons. Under Distance Selling Regulations, you also have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you do not want to keep the item(s), please notify us within 14 working days after receiving your order.
The Consumer Customer must return or hand over the items to Tiroler Glashütte GmbH, at Kobernausserwaldstrasse 25, A-5212 Schneegattern, Austria, without undue delay and in all cases within 14 days of the date on which he/she informs the Tiroler Glashütte of his/her cancellation of the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been observed if the items are despatched before the fourteen-day deadline has expired.
The Consumer Customer will be required to bear the direct costs of returning the items.
Items returned must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed accordingly with the exchange or the return.
Please note that you cannot return, exchange or file a complaint on your purchases from our online shop in a stationary retail outlet or with another online provider.
