SHIPPING & PAYMENT

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Orders are processed 1-2 business days after receipt. Transit times vary depending on delivery location. 

  • Sydney Metro: 2-3 business days 
  • Regional NSW: 2-4 business days  
  • ACT: 2-3 business days 
  • Melbourne & Brisbane metro: 2-3 business days
  • Regional VIC & QLD: 3-5 business days
  • Adelaide: 2-4 business days 
  • Regional SA: 3-5 business days 
  • Perth & Tasmania: 7-10 business days 
  • Regional WA: 10-14 business days 

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Prestons NSW, via Mainfreight. Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, excluding public holidays.

DELIVERY CHARGES

The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight costs, as charged by our freight carrier.

Shipping costs are dependent on the delivery location and size of the order and will be calculated at checkout before payment is processed. 

Additional costs (if applicable): 

  • Tailgate Vehicle $50.00 ex GST 
  • Hand Unload for pallet and rubbish removal: $20.00 ex GST
  • One-way Pallets: $15.00 ex GST    
  • Delivery to home or home business address: $85.00 ex GST
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

Yes, we require a contact name and number for someone who will be present at the delivery address when processing your order.

If the premises are found unattended or the order cannot be signed for, your order will be returned to the Mainfreight depot and re-delivery charges will apply.

CAN I SPECIFY A DELIVERY DATE?

Preferred delivery dates can be requested however are not guaranteed.

If you require delivery on a specific date and time, please email sales@rsnaustralia.com.au to advise us of specific delivery instructions prior to placing your order.

Any specific requests will incur a charge of up to $150.00 ex GST.

PALLET DELIVERIES 

Orders will be sent on LOSCAM, CHEP or one-way pallets.

You will be asked to confirm at the time of placing your order if you have a pallet account for transfer. If you do not have a direct pallet account that we are able to raise pallet transfers to, we will ask for a Loscam or Chep pallet exchange upon delivery. 

Where there is no pallet account for transfer or pallet exchange on delivery, a $15.00 ex GST charge per pallet will apply. 

DELIVERIES TO HOME OR HOME BUSINESS ADDRESS 

A surcharge of $85.00 ex GST applies to orders delivered to a home or home business address. A delivery time will be booked with you prior and we will assign a vehicle suitable for delivery to residential areas. 

The surcharge covers any of the following services: two-person delivery; tailgate unload; hand unload; pallet removal; rubbish removal.  

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOU?

Mainfreight will only accept other freight carriers to make collections from their warehouse, not individuals.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

If the item that you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail with the option of placing the product on backorder, where we will send the stock as soon as it becomes available, or cancelling from the order. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed through in which you can follow the progress of your order.

We have put very strict security measures in place on riedel.com in order to guarantee your personal information. The RIEDEL website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. We do not store or save any credit card information.
