Do you already know the miracle flower called Butterfly Pea Flower? The blue flowers not only transform into a beautiful deep blue tea, but are also ideal for coloring dishes.
How to prepare the blue tea
Infuse 5-6 flowers per cup with hot water and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Small tip: For a magical effect, add a few dashes of lemon juice and watch the cobalt blue tea turn purple.

Deep Sea Chia Parfait
For 2 portions
Chia Seed Layer
- ¼ cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 tbsp Butterfly Pea tea
Vanilla Smoothie Layer
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 tbsp Butterfly Pea Tea
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple sirup
How to prepare it
1. For the chia seed layer, mix the chia seeds with the tea and milk and leave to infuse overnight in the fridge.
2. Blend all the vanilla smoothie layer ingredients together until you have a nice blue cream.
3. First, layer the chia seeds in a RIEDEL O Wine Tumbler Spirit glass, then add 1 tbsp Butterfly Pea tea layer for an extra blue effect and finish with the vanilla smoothie layer.
4. Decorate your parfait as desired with cream and a few flowers.
