Where items are in stock for express delivery, delivery should normally take no more than 3-4 working days from receipt of order. Where items are in stock for standard deivery, we aim for the goods to be with you within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, or shown as 'pre-order', we aim to despatch the goods within 3 weeks of receipt of your order. Please note that these delivery times are a guidleline only and do not constitute a delivery promise or guarantee. In the case of bad weather, public holidays or very busy times of year, it is possible that our couriers may take slightly longer to deliver.
For items on express delivery, dispatch will be from our UK warehouse and delivery will be made by DPD. For glasses on a standard delivery, dispatch will be directly from Austria and/or Germany and will normally be delivered to you via TNT. Deliveries are made normally made Monday to Friday and may be between 7am to 10pm.
Someone will need to be available to sign for your delivery. In the event of there not being anyone at the address to sign, the courier may leave a note or send you an electronic message for you to contact them directly to arrange an alternative delivery time. In the absence of your contacting the carrier, they will attempt to deliver to you again, before returning the goods to our warehouse. Deliveries are made normally made Monday to Friday and may be between 7am to 10pm.
You are not able to collect your order in our office. We are sorry that we are unable to offer this facility.
Deliveries for orders below £39.94 are normally charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order per address, however, we offer free delivery for orders above this value.
We accept payments via the web site through PayPal and we also accept the following credit / debit cards using SagePay’s secure payment gateway;

Unfortunately not; once we have received your order it will be processed immediately so any additions will need to be sent to us as a new order.
We will exchange any item that does not bring you full satisfaction, within 14 days after delivery without giving reasons. Under Distance Selling Regulations, you also have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you do not want to keep the item(s), please notify us within 14 working days after receiving your order.
Items returned must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed accordingly with the exchange or the return.
