All great cocktails include a balance of sweet and sour, and this one is no different! Quick and easy to prepare, here's how to make a traditional Pisco Sour.
6cl / 60ml / 2.03 fl. Oz. (US) pisco
3cl / 30ml / 1.01 fl. Oz. (US) fresh lime juice
2cl / 20ml / 0.68 fl. Oz. (US) sugar syrup
1 egg white
Add all ingredients except ice to the shaker and shake well for 10 seconds.
Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously again for 10 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a RIEDEL Sour glass using a Hawthorne Strainer to keep the egg white crown and your Pisco Sour is ready to serve!
