If you should change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team via the contact form or call us on 0800 77 66 95 (Mon - Fri 11:30 am – 7.30 pm), who can provide you with all return information, including the best return address.
You must contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the goods for us to validate your claim. No items may be returned to RSN Australia without prior agreement.
For products ordered on this website, RSN Australia will provide the purchaser a refund if the following return procedure is followed:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receipt; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
After successful completion of the refund you will find a credit on your credit card statement.
If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item as described above and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Your credit card will be charged immediately after the order is placed and your credit card has been authorised.
