Non-Alcoholic Margarita

(Updated on: Jan 20, 2024)

We just had to provide an alcohol-free alternative for the tequila cocktail, didn’t we? A mix of citrus juices, some sweetener, lime, soda water, and salt is just what you need to serve up a mocktail that is a true tropical delight while retaining the most notable characteristics of a margarita.

(for one serving)

  • Kosher salt
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Ice
  • 30ml / 1fl.oz. fresh lime juice
  • 30ml / 1fl.oz. fresh orange juice
  • 15ml / 0.5fl.oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp / 12ml / 0.4fl.oz.  agave nectar or simple syrup
  • Soda water

Pour your salt onto a plate, run a lime wedge around the rim of your RIEDEL Margarita Glass, and gently dip your glass in the salt to coat the rim. Once done, fill your glass with ice.

Pour your lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and agave nectar/simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Once done, pour into your glass, top with soda water, and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
