Jurançon Sec
Located in the foothills of the Pyrenees in south-west France, dry white wines from this small wine region are made mostly from the Gros Manseng grape. Harvested late, Jurançon Sec wines display a crisp, acidic character, with fruity flavors like grapefruit, lemon and pears expressing themselves on the palate. These wines can be best enjoyed with dried ham, fish, and soft cheeses.
