Coulée de Serrant

Coulée de Serrant is a vineyard located in Savennières in the west of France. This vineyard is one of the few estates in France to have its own appellation and has used biodynamic principles to produce its wine since 1984. Grapes here are harvested late to increase the complexity of wines, most notably with the white Chenin grape, which it is claimed needs advanced maturity in order to fully express its personality.
