Falanghina

Originating in Italy, Falanghina is an ancient white wine grape variety that is grown exclusively on the coast of Campania in southern Italy. Known for its citrus-blossom aromas and expressing apple and pear flavours on the palate, Falanghina is often consumed with seafood, along with chicken thighs accompanied with peppers.
