Neuburger
Made as a cross between a crossing of Roter Veltliner and Sylvaner, this white wine grape originates and is grown widely in Austria. Neuburger is a flexible grape, able to make both dry, elegant wines and sweet wines when picked late in the harvest. There is a natural depth to Neuburger wines which are full-bodied and spicy while young, before developing a nutty flavour with age.
