Schilcher
Produced exclusively in the small wine growing area in Western Styria and Southern Burgenland, Austria, Schilcher is a rosé wine that is made using the Blauer Wildbacher grape which is native to Austria. Schilcher wine typically light, dry, crisp, and carry a strong acidity and powerful aroma that contains notes of strawberries. It is considered that Schilcher is best drunk while young.
