Vin Santo
Traditionally made in Tuscany, these Italian dessert wines are made primarily from the Trebbiano and Malvasia grape varieties which are freshly picked before being dried out on mats, pressed, and placed in small casks. Young Vin Santo wines are a soft, orange color, and mature into a deep, brown red color. Vin Santo wines are known for having strong hazelnut and caramel flavors with notes of tropical fruit and dried apricot.
