Sub out the champagne for fresh ginger ale with this alcohol-free mimosa that packs just as much fizz and charisma as the original mimosa recipe. This mocktail can be a great option for anyone looking to enjoy a mocktail that doesn’t involve using added sweetener.

Ingredients (for one serving)

  • 180ml / 3fl.oz. ginger ale
  • 90ml / 3fl.oz. fresh orange juice
  • 1 slice fresh orange for garnish (optional)

Preparation
Tilt your RIEDEL Champagne Wine Glass and pour your ginger ale in. Top with orange juice. If you want more of an alcohol-free Bucks Fizz instead, use 2 parts ginger ale to 1 part orange juice. In this instance, that would be 120ml / 4fl.oz. ginger ale and 60ml / 2fl.oz. orange juice. Add a small orange slice for garnish.
