Produced in the Soave zone of Veneto, north-eastern Italy from dried Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes, this sweet wine did much to enhance awareness of Soave. This Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita status wine is made from hand-harvested grapes that are gently pressed and aged in oak barrels, creating a sweet wine that is balanced with a good acidity, producing notes of dried fruit and caramel.
