Rosé

Rosé wines are created by maceration; a process whereby red-skinned grapes bleed their colour into the grape juice while soaking. For rosé wines, this is done enough to colour the juice, but not enough to create a red wine. Outselling white wine in some parts of the world, some the most reputable rosés come from the Provence wine region in France, whereby rosé are of a consistent quality.
