The beauty of the Pitch Black isn’t just in its intense hue, but also in the depths of its flavors. While it lacks alcohol, it compensates with a symphony of tastes that dance on your palate.
Ingredients for one glas
- 1 teaspoon activated charcoal
- Freshly squeezed juice of a half lemon
- Maple syrup or honey for sweetness
- Sparkling water or soda
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon zest or a twist, for garnish
Preparation
- In a shaker, combine the lemon juice and agave syrup or honey
- Add a pinch of activated charcoal. A little goes a long way!
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a glass filled with ice
- Top up with sparkling water or soda
- Garnish with a twist of lemon zest
