For 4 glasses

Ingredients

  • 200 g nectarines 
  • 1 jar (370 ml/ 12.5 fl. Oz. (US)) of pineapple pieces in their own juice 
  • 400 ml / 13.5 fl. Oz. (US) orange juice 
  • 200 ml / 6.76 fl. Oz. (US) dry white wine 
  • 100 ml / 3.38 fl. Oz. (US) Blue Curaçao 
  • 200 ml / 6.76 fl. Oz. (US) dry sparkling wine 

Preparation

Wash the nectarines, remove the kernel and cut into slices. Mix the nectarines, except for a few to decorate, with orange juice, wine, pineapple with juice, liqueur and sparkling wine in a RIEDEL Fire Pitcher. Serve in RIEDEL Fire Tumblers and decorate with nectarine slices.
