Montagny

Produced in the Côte Chalonnaise subregion of Burgundy, this wine can be produced as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée for white wines only, using Chardonnay as the main grape variety. These wines are pale gold in colour but darken with age and possess aromas of honeysuckle and bramble flower. They can pair with soft cheeses, paella, and steamed or poached crustaceans.
