Tempranillo
Originario della Spagna, questo vitigno a bacca nera è coltivato ampiamente anche in tutta l’America ed è noto per la sua maturazione molto precoce rispetto ad altre uve. Il Tempranillo è il principale vitigno utilizzato nei vini della Rioja e crea vini di colore rosso rubino poco acidi, i cui aromi emergenti più marcati sono cuoio, erbe, bacche, prugna, tabacco e vaniglia.
