ABOUT STEPHAN

Award-winning bartender and mixologist Stephan Hinz opened his Cologne bar Little Link in 2014, which aims to connect modern cocktail culture and molecular cuisine. He has worked tirelessly on the advancement and evolution of bar culture, revolutionizing bar-literature with his books. As a taste visionary, he delights guests with his enterprise Cocktailkunst (meaning “The Art of Cocktails”) on everything from the basic concepts to the latest trend. He is an internationally active consultant to the beverage industry.

Stephan says he has wanted to develop his own glass collection for five years.  “As a bar owner and bartender, I was never satisfied with the existing offer on the market; you had to work with a mixture of different collections. Therefore, I wanted to create the comprehensive range of practical and well-designed glasses. With Spiegelau, I now have the perfect partner at my side, with a great deal of glass knowledge and experience.”
