Classic Whisky Sour Recipe
What You’ll Need:
- 2 oz. / 60ml Bourbon
- ¾ oz. / 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. / 20ml Simple Syrup
- White of one egg (Optional)
- Dash Bitters
Shake ingredients in a shaker until combined. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a RIEDEL Drink Specific Glassware Sour Glass, garnish with a dash of bitters and enjoy!
