Classic Whisky Sour Recipe


  • 60ml / 2fl.oz. Bourbon
  • 20ml / 0.75fl.oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20ml / 0.75fl.oz. Simple Syrup
  • White of one egg (Optional)
  • Dash of Bitters


Shake ingredients in a shaker until combined. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a RIEDEL Drink Specific Glassware Sour Glass, garnish with a dash of bitters and enjoy!
