The dark temptation
The Vampire’s Aperol Sour, with its blood-orange hue and enticing bitterness, is a bewitching cocktail that’s perfect for the occasion. With a mix of sweet, sour, and bitter, it’s a drink that will leave your guests wanting more – even Dracula might be jealous of this one!
Ingredients for 4 glasses
- 230ml / 7.8 fl. Oz. (US) Vodka
- 120ml / 4.1 fl. Oz. (US) Liqueur Parfait d'Amour
- 30ml / 1 fl. Oz. (US) Blackberry liqueur
- 60ml / 2 fl. Oz. (US) tarragon syrup ( details at preparations )
- 30ml / 1 fl. Oz. (US) lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 4 lavender twigs
- 8 blackberries
- Purple sugar for the glass rim
- Ice Cubes
Dry ice (optional) - do not touch with bare hands or swallow
Preparation
- Put the Aperol, orange juice, lime juice and egg white in a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the cocktail with a cocktail strainer into a RIEDEL The O Wine Tumbler with ice cubes and top up with tonic.
