Right of revocation
A customer who is also a consumer within the meaning of Swiss law (hereinafter also referred to as the "consumer") has the right to revoke a contract concluded in the online shop within fourteen (14) days without providing reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier acquired possession of the goods. If a consumer has ordered several goods under a uniform order and the goods are delivered separately, the period for exercising this right of revocation is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier acquired possession of the last good.
In order to exercise the right of revocation, the consumer must inform RSN-Schweiz GmbH, c/o KD Zug Treuhand AG, Untermüli 7, PO Box 7444, 6302 Zug, Switzerland, Phone: +41 41 766 26 35, e-mail email@example.com, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of his decision to revoke the contract concluded in the online shop. The model revocation form may be used for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. If a consumer exercises his right, RSN-Schweiz GmbH shall immediately send him confirmation of receipt of his revocation on a permanent data carrier (e.g. by e-mail). If consumers do not receive any confirmation within two days, RSN-Schweiz GmbH would like to encourage consumers to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +41 41 766 26 35.
In order to comply with the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation has been sent before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If a consumer revokes a contract concluded in the online shop, RSN-Schweiz GmbH shall reimburse the consumer for all payments that RSN-Schweiz GmbH has received from the consumer, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by RSN-Schweiz GmbH), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which RSN-Schweiz receives the notification of the consumer’s revocation.
For this repayment, RSN-Schweiz GmbH will use the same payment method that the consumer used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the consumer; under no circumstances will the consumer be charged for this repayment. RSN Schweiz GmbH may refuse repayment until it has received the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
The consumer shall return or hand over the goods to RSN-Schweiz GmbH, at the address Schenker Schweiz AG, z.Hd. Riedel Tiroler Glashütte GmbH, Allmendstrasse 5, CH-8422 Pfungen, without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which the consumer informed RSN-Schweiz GmbH of his revocation. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the consumer dispatches the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
The immediate cost of returning goods shall be borne by the customer.
The consumer shall pay compensation to RSN-Schweiz GmbH for a reduction in the market value of the goods if this reduction in value is due to handling of the goods not necessary for examining their condition, characteristics and functionality.
Return of goods
Please note that you cannot return, exchange or file a complaint on your purchases from our online shop in a stationary retail outlet or with another online provider.
Likewise, you cannot file a complaint on or return purchases made in stationary retail outlets or with other online providers in our online shop.
Goods purchased from us in the online shop could be returned within 14 days. Please consider all the relevant details regarding your right of withdrawl.
