Coffee Meets Cream
Tiramisu is a popular classic among Italian desserts. Creamy, with a nice hint of coffee. Try our great tiramisu recipe and let yourself be enchanted!
Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy. Stir the mascarpone and liqueur into the cream. Then beat the egg whites until stiff and then carefully fold in the egg whites.
Lightly sweeten the espresso and mix with a bit of liqueur in a small bowl.
Pour a little mascarpone cream into each RIEDEL Fatto A Mano Oaked Chardonnay glass, briefly soak lady fingers in the espresso and cover the mascarpone cream with them. Then put another layer of mascarpone cream, a layer of ladyfingers and another layer of cream in the glass.
Refrigerate the tiramisu for 2 hours and dust with cocoa just before serving.
