Trick or treat? This cocktail is a treat. No matter if zombie, witch or vampire, with this spooky cocktail you will impress all horror figures at your Halloween party.
The Ghoulish Green
One look at this punch, and you'll know you're in for a wickedly good time. The vibrant, bilious green color sets the stage for a spooky experience that's perfect for any Halloween gathering. It's the kind of drink that Frankenstein's monster and the Wicked Witch of the West would both approve of.
Ingredients for 4 glasses
- 200 g nectarines
- 1 jar (370 ml/ 12.5 fl. Oz. (US)) of pineapple pieces in their own juice
- 400 ml / 13.5 fl. Oz. (US) orange juice
- 200 ml / 6.76 fl. Oz. (US) dry white wine
- 100 ml / 3.38 fl. Oz. (US) Blue Curaçao
- 200 ml / 6.76 fl. Oz. (US) dry sparkling wine
Dry ice (optional) - do not touch with bare hands or swallow
Preparation
Wash the nectarines, remove the kernel and cut into slices.
Moisten the edges of the glass with a slice of lemon and place it upside down in a bowl with purple sugar, so that the edge of the glass is decorated with sugar.
Then pour lemon juice, syrup, spirits and ice cubes into a shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Mix the nectarines, except for a few to decorate, with orange juice, wine, pineapple with juice, liqueur and sparkling wine in a RIEDEL Fire Pitcher.
Serve in RIEDEL Fire Tumblers and decorate with nectarine slices.
