On Friday, September 18, wine lovers can look forward to an evening full of inspiration and surprising taste experiences.

The venue is The Florentin, Frankfurt’s new luxury hotel. With its unique “Urban Retreat” concept, the hotel combines the energy of the Main metropolis with an atmosphere of calm, beauty, and cultivated enjoyment. At the heart of the hotel is a lush, blooming courtyard, which gives The Florentin its name and stands for renewal, inspiration, and joie de vivre.

It is here that Der Feinschmecker invites its readers to an extraordinary experience: an exclusive RIEDEL WINE GLASS EXPERIENCE with Maximilian J. Riedel – one of the defining personalities of the international wine scene and a pioneer in the development of unique grape varietal-specific glasses that have revolutionized the world of enjoyment.

Together with the CEO of the nearly 300-year-old family-owned company RIEDEL, guests will taste outstanding wines. Anyone who attended last year’s sold-out premiere with Der Feinschmecker at Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg knows: this tasting is far more than a classic wine tasting. With charisma and expertise, Maximilian J. Riedel demonstrates the decisive influence the right glass has on the aroma, structure, and taste of a wine.

Four selected wines will be tasted – Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon – in different glasses from the RIEDEL SUPERLEGGERO series. Guests will experience firsthand what makes the design of these glasses so exceptional.

The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with an apéritif and fine canapés.

At 7:00 p.m., the moderated tasting starts in the ballroom of The Florentin.

Around 8:15 p.m., the event will come to a relaxed close with a snack.

As a gift, each participant will receive a high-quality four-piece RIEDEL SUPERLEGGERO glass set.
