YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the production department with planning and control
- Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the company, especially the technical production process
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all trade law regulations and applying for trade law authorisations for new facilities, expansions, etc.
- Responsible for costs and productivity
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining quality standards
- Projects and special tasks
- Reporting to the executive board/owner
YOUR PROFILE:
- Graduated from a higher technical institute (HTL) or technical college with a technical background
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Profound knowledge of the most important processes within a company
- High level of technical understanding, ideally knowledge of the production of hollow glass, specialising in the manual production of hollow glass
- Experience in the field of occupational health and safety is a major advantage
- Analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Leadership, decision-making and motivational skills
- Outstanding organisational talent
- Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanour and powers of convincing others
- German and English language skills of at least level C1

YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Professional and disciplinary management of customer service, production planing and warehouse
- Management and further development of the team
- Close cooperation with internal departments, especially the production plants in Germany and external partners
- Optimierung of current processes
- Support for key account customers
- Processing of complaints
- Facility management
- Cost and budget responsibility for the assigned areas
- Projects and special tasks
- Reporting to CEO/owner
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies or completed commercial training
- Sound knowledge of the most important processes in a company
- High level of technical understanding, ideally knowledge of hollow glass production, including a focus on the manual production of hollow glass
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Leadership, decision-making and motivational skills
- Strong organisational talent
