What better way to set the mood for Halloween than with a mysterious and alluring cocktail? Allow me to introduce you to the Vampire’s Aperol Sour, a drink that would make even Dracula turn green with envy.
For 1 Glass
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml / 2.03 fl. Oz. (US) Aperol
- 1 orange
- 1 lime
- 1 very fresh egg white
- 80 ml / 2.71 fl. Oz. (US) tonic water
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Put the Aperol, orange juice, lime juice and egg white in a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Pour the cocktail with a cocktail strainer into a RIEDEL The O Wine Tumbler with ice cubes and top up with tonic.
